I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and indeed, my great respect for the services rendered to me and the superior professionalism of the staff, through TPS Land and Property. Under taking a Pension Transfer is certainly daunting and a task of enourmous sensitivity. TPS, was recommended to me by a working collegue, who had nothing but the greatest praise. Upon my contacting TPS, I was greeted with a level of Customer Care, I had rarely had the good fortune to experience in this day and age. Two members of TPS staff, stand out here and deserve a mention – and a big pat upon the back (Suzzan and Michelle). Through these good people, the pension transfer process was explained in considerable detail, and in clear and concise language. Their command of the subject and total confidence and guidance enabled me to make the decision to transfer and move through the process smoothly and at speed. Absolutley “First Class”…..I can not make a greater endorsement….. In my work a day world, where I have direct dealings with so many cross business and client direct negotiations……..(which always seem to be combative and unpleasant)…I could only wish I could bottle the magic success formula and the excitement / dedication of the TPS Team….and pour a little out when I’m in a difficult spot. To close, again….I am more than a Highly Satisfied Customer…..Pension Transfer completed successfully…..my experience with TPS has left a lasting and most welcome mark upon my mind and exceeded my expectations in so many ways….YES…great Companies do still exist, and deliver a level of service and customer care far beyound the average……TPS….Thank You….Team TPS are “Better than the Best”. If anyone should feel a little nervous or anxious in making a choice regards to transfer or not and to whom you would trust this work with. After very careful consideration I decided to look at options for reinvesting an old company pension where I used to work (24 years). I have been considering this for 7 years but what kept putting me off were risks of it all going wrong and uncertainty of companies offering the options before me.
Fortunately I chose TPS and if only I new what I know now I would have phoned them seven years ago.
Michelle dealt with my needs and her proffesionalism and clarity were exceptional. She kept me informed throughout and put my mind at rest when it could have been worrying. Thank you Michelle and TPS.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a pension transfer option.

I recieved a superb service from TPS – in particular from Stephanie. Excellent communication throughout the process, great support and they made the process incredibly easy – I was moving to NZ, and had lots of things to sort out, fortunately TPS made sorting my pension out very easy – definitely highly recommended.
